# The Audit Log

> Tamper-proof PDF containing signed documents and a cryptographically sealed event log

The **Audit Log** is a type of [deliverable](/docs/integrations/power-automate/deliverables/deliverable), provided as a PDF document that includes the signed documents along with a log of the envelope events.

The Audit Log is tamper-proof, secured with a cryptographic seal that can be used [to verify its authenticity](/docs/integrations/power-automate/deliverables/verification).
